How do you play PC games using a mouse /v/?
I can't play for more than 15 minutes witthout my wrist hurting.

You lost the genetic lottery if you can't move a mouse around for 15 mins.
Better kys at this point.

I have that mouse, but mine has a scorpion as the logo. It's a shitty six dollar mouse, you should probably get a real mouse and a nice mouse pad.

Your entire forearm should be resting on your desk.
As for the elbow, it's up to preference.

Is there a proper way to hold it? I read somewhere not to let your arms touch the desk?

First result on Google.

you can hold it like a normal human being or claw it.

Up to you.
I find claw to be the best but it care be tiresome for the two fingers after long sessions.
If you're new to KB&M, don't fall for MMO mices with 800 buttons, stick to a 3 buttons mouse until you find your favourite position.

since you're a claw do you do second finger on wheel and third finger on 2nd button or just one-two?
While this topic exists. Is there a decent and cheap ($30 or under) mouse out that I can use to replace my old logitech one?
I hate how slow the dpi is when my computer first turns on, so i always have to push the + button to increase the sensitivity. The logitech software that you can use to fix that bullshit only detects the mouse if i unplug everything, load the software, then plug the mouse in. It's a pain in the dick and the mouse isn't even that good. I want a new one.
pic related is my mouse. it was a meme mouse like 7 years ago
