>have trouble beating a boss in a jrpg
>average level of party is 60
>give up and check guide
>"using everything you have learnt so far this fight is beatable around level 25"

>playing dark souls 3
>ancient wyvern fight
>keep trying to plunging attack its neck thinking it would chop its head off
>after the 4th try, just fight it normally
>find out later you're supposed to hit its head
i'm level 97 in dark souls 3 and still can't beat the endboss
name literally 1 (one) game where you can't one shot everything 35 levels lower
How do stuĂd people live with themselves?
I can barely stand my idiocy but being this stupid should make you feel like shit.
Look at this guy, for example.
>>385925139
>blast through paper mario the 1000 year door without any sense of difficulty or challenge whatsoever
>not able to beat the last boss
what game is it OP
>>385925370
same thing happened to me, Shadow Queen is such a difficulty spike
>>385925275Persona 5, for some reason
>>385924645
It's funnt how often /v/ complains about a JRPG being grindy while you could actually beat the boss at lower levels if you used your brain, some people unironically think grinding is the only option.
I don't deny there's shit grindass JRPGs where you end up facing a level spike that plain oneshots your party regardless if you didn't grind like a madman though.
More like
>trouble with boss
>average level of party is 30 and equipped with the best drops so far
>check guide
>"you should be about level 45 and have crafted the ultra-super weapons by now"
