Also, for reference, the current cast numbers at 14. Musou games on average seem to number at close to 20 for default cast, and they specifically mentioned that FE Warriors would have more than usual, so maybe 10 more characters is a safe estimate?

This will be how they justify having Caeda, Cordelia, and Hinoka in the game despite them being almost exactly the same. Just watch.
Realistically though they could just use it as a special attack for Minerva (or Elincia in the event of Tellius DLC but eh, nobody cares about the triangles that aren't Catria/Palla/Est anyway.)
Alternatively, they could have a triangle attack between Lucina, Masked Lucina, and Spring Lucina.

Nice, now give us at least one more lance user. Six sword users are overkill and if the game is going all weapon triage, having one lance user will make your options extremely scarce and boring.

Caeda and Hinoka are pretty realistic, maybe Hardin too
Could possibly see Draug, Effie, or Oboro happening but I doubt it.

If anything it's Bow users I'm concerned about. Besides Takumi, Shadow Dragon doesn't have anyone that important besides maybe gaggles and Awakening's only archer isn't a cute girl, and Fates has... Sakura? I guess?
