4gb of ram is pretty small, even as ddr4, games from 6 years will be using most of it. 8gb and you should be fine, but I'd suggest shooting for 16gb if you can, you should be set for ram for awhile.

Your GPU is a mess and you have a really awkward power supply in 450, you only want to run the power supply at about 80% of its maximum for preservation purposes, so you are pretty gimped for major upgrades. I'd figure out how much your computer uses and see how much energy you can spare, you need a GPU. I don't expect much, since this was prebuilt, I bet the power supply was as big as it needed to be so you might have to buy a new one. I'd recommend at least a 500w, 600w is ideal depending on the gpu you get.

Also make sure what ever graphics card you get will fit in your case, they can get pretty huge and the last thing you want is to buy one only to find out it doesn't fit.
