Either Pirate it or get it on sale. The direction and writing is pretty good even though it only comes down to 2 endings. But you can make a lot of decisions that don't necessarily affect the ending but does help with character development

There are literally only two choices that have lasting consequences (and the latter can make the consequences of the first one obsolete), so if you are fine with that do waht you want.
The rest is an illusion of interactivity.
I played it and found the game to be ok yet not outstanding like the giantic fanbase implies it should be.

But yes, ultimately it comes down to 2 endings. Though tbf they didn't promise the same shit something like Mass Effect did.

Yes they are matter, but ultimately it will boil down to two choices. If you enjoyed Ep 1, go for it. I bought it and enjoyed it. Just don't expect too much, and you'll have fun.

If you enjoyed EP.1, then buy it, you'd like the rest of it too. The ending doesn't take any of your choices into account, but the rest of the game does pretty well IMO. It's one of my favorite games, so hope you enjoy the rest of it too.

The other episodes are better than the 1st besides the 5th. It was on sale for 5$ a few weeks back on steam
