Coronary just signed a report without checking the body because they wanted to annouce the suicide really fast and they trusted Akechi for doing the job so they didn't verify. Plus sae said she was going to take the body to the morgue or some shi like that and they escaped

They were busy with the election, plus don't forget that the fact that the PT got caught was akechi's plan whith shido's approval.So what happened is shido pretty much let akechi in charge of the whole operation because he's the one to kill people for him and he trust him to do it, hence why he also called him afterwards to see if akechi's plan went right.
