Just off the top of my head the cannibal town, the wasteland survival guide, discovering the escaped android, the giant fire breathing ants, collecting the old world relics, the two wannabe comic book characters and Liberty fucking Prime. That's not to mention all the interesting locations to explore that have a story but no quest like Arlington Cemetery.

3 was actually an RPG.

I mean, I'm enjoying my recent modded playthrough of it, mind you its still 100% vanilla mechanics, just a higher level cap, more perks, weapons, real time settler (would uninstall if not for the repairable parts being useful), and tons of locations and quest mods. I'm having a good time
