everything you could possibly want is locked behind achievements, the story is ass and just takes several major plot points from gw1 and then takes a shit on them.

Gliding and what not is really cool but it just leads to to developing the most ass maps they can, it goes from being this really sweet convenience feature that help you get around to a mandatory you now need to learn every crook of this map to know how to get from A to B

only good part about the game is the raids and you can get better raid content elsewhere.

Just wait for the next expansion reveal tomorrow, people will talk about the game a lot and give you advices.

Gliding is in the game since HoT and we know there will be mounts in the next expansion from a leak.

Also I haven't played the game since release but unless they have completely changed the core gameplay mechanics I can't see why it would be more worth playing now than it was back when it was released
