A good number of PS2 games still aged well visually. This is ignoring that the Xbox and Gamecube, like the PS2, have graphics that generally did not age well anyways.

Why do you guys keep on bringing up shovelware? Of course it's going to happen on the best selling systems, just ignore it. The Weeb games were also mostly good. And lastly, the inferior ports didn't hurt the PS2 nearly as much as did on the PS3 since the former was the platform of choice for developers thus any changes on the Xbox and Gamecube were marginal at best. Rarely did you have a RE4 or Splinter Cell scenario.
