This card is pretty damn good if there's not aggro in the meta, but that never happens. In a control matchup, archbishop benedictus is a nice card for priest though. The problem is that there need to be more anti-aggro cards for this new priest legendary to have much viability.

I started playing a few days ago and I'm currently stuck at rank 15. Here's my deck so far, I don't have any dust left at the moment but I'm not sure how to upgrade my deck once I do. What direction should I go and what should I add?

I'd say that the easiest way to get your deck to be more viable will come with the new expansion, given that you'll be given the free hero card (which may or may not be good depending on the future reveals) and the guaranteed legendary from the first 10 card packs of the set. That plus the fact that there are usually a bunch of people experimenting with strange decks at the start of a new expansion should help you get on your feet

Even one glyph is better than none. No point in putting the worse card in your deck just because you can't fit two of the better. Secret mage usually plays aggressively enough that the ice block doesn't matter in most of the matchups. You end up running out of juice before you're in danger of dying.

I think this card is good if you can land the battlecry on 2 minions. The question is whether or not you can consistently have 2 minions on the board by turn 5 as shaman. More than that, this card only works if a control/value style of shaman deck is viable. It's possible, although the other control cards that priest and warrior are getting seem way better.
