it would be nice to be able to find artists and programmers floating around the internet, bring them together and give them a budget. You wouldn't even have to spend a lot if one of them already has a solid idea and the other goes with it.

then again I suppose you'd want returns on your investments but when you're working with that low of amount and you have 2 billion in the back your interest would offset the cost you give them by a lot anyway.
