been playing it for the first time for a couple of weeks now, and im starting to get burned with the amount of time this game wastes on pointless shit. The gameplay is fantastic, but it's so poorly implemented, and the open world is bad. i like the mansion level the most so far because of the change in scenery and even strategy. this game really needed a more linear design, or more urban areas.
Just imagine this gameplay on a remake of the original Metal Gear, or MGS1.

Honestly I like it a lot, definitely not the best, but for some reason despite buying it day one I've never finished it.
