It's a good read, the anime switches around some of the introductions to the main characters, but overall it's pretty much the same.

In the mango Older Brando calls Dio over and tells him about the Joestars, rather than Brando meeting George being the introduction.

Also keep with the anime, part one is usually refereed too as the weakest part, and if you're enjoying it now you're gonna have a lot of fun with the series.

Enjoy IV, the writing is much better than in IVA, but IVA has much better gameplay. Honestly with how some things were implemented in IVA it's a wonder how the messed it up so badly in IV (smirking and party members in particular).

Yeah IV's gameplay isn't bad, there's just certain things that are pretty poorly done, such as smirk giving guaranteed dodges most of the time or Walter casting Agi on Minotaur.
