The Switch is getting more games on it and even more so after Mario Odyssey/Pokemon release on it. Third-parties will warm up to it over time when the install base surges. I'd say the Switch is the best home console Nintendo has made since the SNES and this is coming from somebody who owns nearly all of Ninty's systems.

Pokemon sells like hotcakes, were it a multiplat, it would easily rival GTA and COD. Sun/Moon alone outperformed the Saphire/Ruby and X/Y and it was released late in the 3DS lifespan. If Pokemon could do that on the 3DS imagine on a system like the Switch. It'd look great since we never had a proper Pokemon console game done(the N64 Pokemon Stadium and Gamecube games don't count).

The only thing that could kill the Switch and its strong surge is Nintendo themselves. If Nintendo continues to underestimate demand and not do enough to get the components necessary to make more Switches(by outbidding Apple)then the Switch could very well be hampered.

There are no "good guys", this is still a business. People who are underage understand that Nintendo LITERALLY has the most popular, profitable, and best video games of all time. This is indisputable. To play these games, you are forced to buy whatever hardware Nintendo is selling. You're right about essentially no third party games or ports, which is why literally every single person who owns a Nintendo console also has a machine for ports and multiplats.
