Microsoft just needs to let the Xbox division go independent. The best times for the Xbox was from the launch of the HUEG through the first 3 years of the 360 when MS basically had no oversight into what they were making. Hell Resident Evil 4 was almost signed as a HUEG exclusive but Microsoft Japan fucked the whole thing up with a shitty translator.
