It should be charisma, because almost everyone has an implicit bias in favor of women.

The only realistic way you could give a female character an advantage over a male character would be if the game had a empathy mechanic.
For example, NPCs given you more stuff and enemies being less harsh on you if you are a female.
I would be a nice idea for a RPG, but nobody is going to do it.
