What difficulty should I start this with? Does hard mode wastes

Honestly this game is gonna fuck you either way and make you back track/leave items. And some enemies only spawn once you trigger their jumpscare, which means they dont appear until they are actually fucking eating you. I still liked it but yeah id go easy/normal

I'm playing on Hard now. Kinda regret it because it generally sucks and hard just makes it a trial and error slog.

That was also my fear. So far easy seems to be realistic. Enemies take 1 or 2 bullets as they should. Only game that does difficulty right is Stalker.

So far I like both characters. The backgrounds are beautiful I've forgotten how much I like those backgrounds from the Gamecube/PS2 days. I've only played RE5 and 6, so that's why I'm going through the older ones.
