You can tell that some development teams are pretty inexperienced by shit like this. In MGO2, you could host a lobby/match and get kicked out of your own game. In Killing Floor 2 you could have four people vote someone out, all four of those same players immediately leave, and then once the vote eventually passes the guy gets kicked out by, technically, no one. It's really awkward things that shouldn't be possible but are overlooked or simply ignored.
