- Age difference. Sombra is currently in her 30s, and Alejandra is a pre-teen in Soldier's cinematic. Again, the cinematic takes place after the fall of Overwatch.
- Sombra joined Los Muertos at an early age, and its clear in the Soldier cinematic that she hates Los Muertos, and doesn't work for them.
