I'll give it a go. Every few months I check in with the Vita scene and it seems like it's still got a long way to go but it is improving. Honestly I still prefer my GCW-Zero or even my DSi XL with a DSTwo cart over Vita or PSP emulation.

go to henkaku.xyz and install

then go to enso.henkaku.xyz on your PC, press the big download button

move that vpk to :ux0/data vian an FTP client on PC and FTP mode on molecular shell (self installs at the same time as henkaku) [open FTP in molecularshell by pressing START)

close FTP, open the vpk, it'll install a bubble on the homescreen. click that, follow instructions, reboot.
