I'm mainly a PC gamer too, got a switch about a month ago. I was honestly worried about it not having enough games but I've already put over 100 hours into Zelda and probably 30-40 into Splatoon, if both those games or ARMS are of interest to you and you can find one for retail it's probably worth it, after October a good game is coming pretty much monthly.

Buy it now if you think you'll like it, if you wait Nintendo will release a revision months after you purchased the inferior version, happened to me with the DS, DS Lite and 3DS.

Yeah, unless you want to carry around a heavy box and power cord with you. Not to mention if you want to truly play it on go have some sort of monitor or gaming case that has a monitor and a cable that connects to a power outlet and you hook up the heavy PS4 unit in this bulky case and play.

Or you could just bring a small, and designed to be portable Switch with you in a small case to put in a backpack and maybe a portable charger for long trips or staying at a hotel.

Breath of the Wild is incredible. I'm about 100 hours into it right now.

Splatoon 2 is worse than the original game but you'll enjoy it if you didn't play the first.

Mario Odyssey looks good.

I'm going to use it to play Sonic Mania and Steamworld Dig 2 in bed.
