Would a 3d AAA Shadow run game that plays like Deusex or Mass

The Harebrained games are awful and only carried because of the rich setting they take place in, and even then they did an awful job at implementing most of the mechanics.
The franchise went to the worst possible owner it could have.

Probably would be vastly popular, yes, specially for people making porn out of it and modders.
The actual isometric games were pretty shit though.

I thought the gameplay of the Xbox360 Shadow Run was good until they decided it should be a multiplayer only FPS.

It should have had RPG elements and the good gunplay.

shadowrun is pretty shit as far as cyberpunk settings go
elves orcs and dragons in the future are stupid as hell

That was entirely MS fault.
They rushed the game, and then released it at the same time the Halo 3 beta came around.
It was doomed to fail from the beginning. Reviewers didn't help either because they all shat on it for not having a campaign mode.
