I know that was kind of done on purpose I'm the kind of player who will never kill a NPC or make an evil moral choice in a game even if not doing it makes things less fun or more difficult/tedious. I would not even steal from a NPC even if the game doesn't have a stealing mechanic.

That said the diversity thing is real, I don't like fighting for hours the same model of generic male enemies who all have the same voice and do the same thing with only some weapons variations. They feel like clones after a while like in the Far Cry games.

It just feels weird when all the bandits in the dozens of camps you visited in a fantasy game are men. And adding women to make them cower in a corner would be stupid.

Women enemies in FPS are often more nimble and look badass or do something different than the males, they're not added for some kind of sick fetishes.
