I have a RAP4 Kai as well. I actually really like the Hori original parts more than I thought I would. Still haven't tried any Seimitsu parts, though.

I got a qanba crystal using stock parts. Haven't put my waifu on it yet and unsure if I should even change out the parts since they actually feel really good.

I ended up replacing the "motherboard"? of the fightstick with ps4 board and decided to replace top left buttons to add r3, l3 and screen touch. I'm gonna try to either get housing made 3d printed cheap if I can or just carve it out of wood eventually.
