Doubtful, it's more likely a Great Jaggi/Arzuros tier monster. Footage of other monsters would be nice.

He's fine except for the wings. If they act like a heat vent for its fire breath like I've heard and can be broken to nerf breath attacks then I'm more ok with them. Part breaks changing up the fight is always cool in my opinion.
