How would /v/ recommend playing 100+ hour games without losing

Maybe play shorter games if you can't find the time to play longer ones? No one's forcing you to play those.

Just choose a block of time every day at the same time to set aside as game time, and stick with it.

I found out I was losing my job the day after P5 came out so that gave me a lot of time.

Play it till you want to save the game and take a rest. For other games depend on sections ie chapters, checkpoints, etc... For games that have save anywhere function like Warband set up a goal everytimes you play and work toward it until you're satisfied.

I just play regularly. Like, 3 to 5 hours a day depending. I don't lose interest in games if they're long, only if they're bad.
