Initially I tried to binge game Persona 5 for 12 hours straight. Big fucking mistake...
I found myself getting frequently frustrated after realizing just how fucking long and addictive this game really is that it forces me keep playing at the cost of my health.
I then tried to break it down to 2 hours a day but then found myself getting bored of the story.
So how would you recommend playing a 100+ hours game /v/ without losing interest?
Maybe play shorter games if you can't find the time to play longer ones? No one's forcing you to play those.
Just choose a block of time every day at the same time to set aside as game time, and stick with it.

Play it till you want to save the game and take a rest. For other games depend on sections ie chapters, checkpoints, etc... For games that have save anywhere function like Warband set up a goal everytimes you play and work toward it until you're satisfied.
Try Ritalin
Try cocaine
I just play regularly. Like, 3 to 5 hours a day depending. I don't lose interest in games if they're long, only if they're bad.

Don't fucking play 100+ hour games anymore? I don't have time for that shit either. No adult would have that much free time. The longest games I can play are Bethesda rpgs.
