Inti made Mighty Gunvolt and Mighty Number 9. Comcept is an art/ideas studio that does not make games. It's made up of Inafune, Kimo-Kimo, Ton-Pon and other artists. None of them know how to code or direct. They need other studios to actually make their games. So after the first fun 10% where you draw shit, Comcept fucks off and does other work.
