There is literally no "system seller" game that was developed for android.

The Switch is pretty damn underpowered for modern standards. The Wii was 15x slower and less efficient than the 360 and ps3, but the switch is 30x slower than the XboneX and whatever next potential console Sony will be launching.

a proper x1 is pretty rad, but the X1 in the switch is nearly worthless thanks to the tinkering they've done to it, on top of the cpu also being underclocked.

I use analog for personal stuff and as a pastime, but for my work, I do full digital because it's a lot faster. That alone makes the $2000 price tag worth it. That's not how it works at all. What actually happens in the case of graphics cards is you have professional "graphics cards" that cost thousands of dollars which are used to many different scientific or commercial purposes and then Nvidia and AMD take that chip and deactivate certain parts of the chip that aren't important for video games and sell the gimped chip at a reduced price. This is the case for the higher end consumer cards, the mid range cards are something else from both what you're describing or what is above, generally it's a purpose designed die for games in the first place.

Nothing but K1 ever did compete with A7 cores. A7 is the same arch as even A10X, just additional cache (since A9), but A10X has a 3rdCPU core and more GPU shaders, as well as a significant clock boost due to better fabrication.

Apple don't allow emulators but they've made it easier to sideload apps so getting emulators on it is no biggie. Although it's true few developers event want to develop emulator builds for iOS, Retroarch is still kinda broken after all this time for certain cores.
