I did, but I bought it as a laptop first and foremost and I'm happy. I will never buy a non-portable PC. The comfyness level of being able to bring it with you everywhere, including in bed is too strong.

Even if you had the same graphics card on a desktop it would perform the same. Pascal laptop GPUs are slightly on par with their desktop equivalent. The main issue here is your own ignorance. A 1050 isn't powerful enough for Ultra details at 60fps/1080p. You'd need a 1060 at least.
