I have a PC and a PS4 and BB is the best souls game by far as long as you don't care about PvP.

this may be an unpopular opinion but i hope FROM scraps the leveling element and soulcollecting element from their next IP alltogether
now i know this sounds silly but hear me out guys
rather than have the game focused on collecting and saving souls and leveling up or what have you , rather base the game on slow adequate progression leveling after each boss defeat with a certain percentage of stamina and health upgrade as you go long
the weapon/magic ot w/e skill leveling can be scraped with while instead being solely based on gems or weapon upgrades as you go along (for higher damage) and you can do it on the spot by a UI showing up (instead of on bonfire or going back to hub) where you see a pic of your weapon with gem blocks to insert a gem etc.
in my opinion doing this as so will rid of grinding and instead direct the focus on improving personal skills at each fight as you go along
the bonfires or lanters or what have you instead of being customly placed by the developers , should be allowed to be placed by the player instead as is intended throughout the journey by having a minimum ammount with each progression and depending on the scale of the area
so 3 on a medium area, 5 on a slightly larger
or something along these lines
