I know people say they are against DRM but this is what pushed me over the edge.
That's why i always tell people not to buy the Final Fantasy PS games on steam they are DRM infested turds with a service that doesn't work half the time to save your game.

If you have your activation code on physical paper or an email from GamesPlanet and maybe even an email with the invoice / proof of purchase from games planet (I assume it's a web store?) then you have proof of your purchase and support should unlock the activation code for you or provide a new one.
