Whats the best pinball game on pc /v/
Is the pinball arcade really the best?
>A dx 11 exe that forces 4:3
>Digital flippers that are only on/off
Whats your go to pinball game /v/?

Good thread but you'll likely get no responses here. Good designed pc pinballs are quite rare. You are better off with Pokémon Pinball on an emulator than trying to find a decent Pinball on pc. I, for one, know none. But you can have good option on Genesis, SNES and turbographx 16.

I might try a turbo grafix games, theres a few other games i want to play on the platform too, i really do want a godtier pinball game, tpa is almost perfect, but the dx11 bug pisses me off

Pinball arcade is fucking amazing, i must have played that shit for months and months
If you don't mind emulating, get pinball fantasies
The Pinball Arcade is still one of the best pinball emulation programs out there. I think it was more made for playing on a phone though.
Do you guys play it in dx9 too
Pinball autists insist on Visual Pinball 9/X on pc. It's all open source shit and you download fan made recreations. There's thousands of tables but its a bitch to get working.
Me personally I just play Pinball Arcade for real table recreations and Zen Pinball/Pinball FX for fantasy games. They're both good.
I have Zen Pinball with all tables on my hacked Vita and it's awesome. Looks great on the OLED screen.

Pinball Arcade is great, but I personally prefer Pinball FX2 and I would consider it equal to PA. Having all this shit in FX2 that would be plainly impossible on a real table makes it fun as hell.I'm actually on a Pinball rehab right now, but there was a time when I would spend hours a day just playing fucking virtual pinball. Why is this so addicting?

If you want to tinker with fanmade stuff there is also future pinball

I got my eye on future pinball and visual pinball 9
Which one would suit me best im looking for
>Graphics
>Real tables
>Portrait
>pc
>Not care too much but pressure sensitive input flippers
I fo like pinball fx2 especially the portal table but i always end up playing pba for the real tables

visual pinball is a lot wonky because it uses 2D graphics but it has pretty much every table ever made
future pinball has 3D graphics which makes it feel more similiar to pinball arcade but there is less stuff for it
there is no real reason to not try both, they are just small emulation program and you have to download each tables like they are ROMs
maybe you might want to try future pinball first because as that other anon said, setting up visual pinball it's a bit of a pain as it uses a custom version of MAME to emulate the led screen
Well i dont mind setting up games im a retro gamer and ive set stuff up like mgs2 pc version, ive never touched name though, will def play future pinball first, well i dont think much more can be added to this thread so i will screencap your posts now, thankyou anons
