I'm considering buying one but amazon is sold out until August and I'm not spending an extra 100 to 200 to buy it off eBay earlier. How many games are worth buying for it right now other than Zelda?

Nothing major, but I don't like having to make separate accounts for accessing different e-shops. Also when you have more than one account you have to choose which one to use when you open a game.

Nothing. Games that are multi-language you can buy from anywhere. Bought I Am Setsuna from Japan to get a cart of and it works just fine, defaults directly to English.

What Switch?

I've wanted to buy one since MK8D was out and Splatoon 2 was announced, but I'm still not sure. Mostly because of not being sure whether I'd use it enough to justify the costs involved being in Europe and all, or whether I'm best just sticking to my PC.

For Splatoon 2 I think they did that so western players can't access Japanese Splatfests. It also seems like the multi-regional carts aren't going to be the norm since a lot of other games aren't getting them either like Puyo Puyo Tetris.

I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure this does exist already? I came across it in settings the other day so now I don't have to select what account to use - but then again I only have one account so maybe it doesn't work if you have more? You should check again anyway.

What games on the Switch aren't available on the Wii U? I have too many open world RPG's to want to play Zelda, gf has MK8 on the Wii U, I don't give a shit about splatoon, and arms looks fun but it's not my type of game.

I want the Switch for the eventual FE mainline game that comes out, but I haven't seen anything that really sells me on it. Mario Odyssey kind of looks fun, though

I hope they release a more powerful version without the handheld option. I literally haven't used it undocked once. Price could presumably either stay the same or go down with a proper console and spec bump.

Im an idort, mainly game on PC. I used to find myself wishing that more console games like Horizon or whatever were on my PC just for convenience sake, but I have now found myself wishing I had everything on my Switch. I think it is my favorite system ever. I dont really know what to do. The Switch is everything I have wanted in a system, but its just not getting games fast enough.
