I'm working on a snapmap to help people who are not used to twitch aiming while jumping about.

Almost done with the node setup now.

Load up an aim training map on something like CSGO and go at it. Make sure your sensitivity is the same as in whatever game you play - www.mouse-sensitivity.com is great for this. Using the same sens across all your games is great for muscle memory. 2D aim training programs and Osu are great for general coordination, but you won't gain any muscle memory from it.

if your dpi is set to 1600 or greater you're 99% using too high a sens. Either lower your dpi or lower your in-game sens to something stupid low.

Consider buying a fuckhuge mousepad and a good mouse. A bad mouse can ruin your flickshot game.

The thing with VAC bans is that they are delayed you could be cheating for a few days on VAC servers stop cheating for a week and then suddenly be VAC banned for something you did a week ago. Immediate bans almost never happen.

Quickly threw together a webm of a tets-run.

Basically the map throws enemies at you constantly, and you only have precision weapons (handgun, sniper rifles).
However, pretty much everything dies from one shot. They also do massive amounts of damage, so you're forced to stay on the move.
You have infinite amounts of ammo.
There's a score multiplier which makes a higher pitched tune for each level of multiplication on a kill up until the fourth, and it resets after 3 seconds of no killing.
You win by scoring 200 points (takes about 3-5 minutes), but it's mostly for practice and play.

If anyone is interested, I think I'm going to upload it as "Melon Pop" once it's complete.
