Use a resin. Two hand naked. Roll right. Pop crystals to counteract the fire damage.

Don't panic roll, or you'll get punished by delayed swings. Pop some gems if you're having trouble with the heat aura.
This boss is the most vulnerably to blunt damage, so I can see how a filthy weeb katana user can have some troubles with it. But it's definitely not that hard to be stuck at.

Don't listen to these mouthbreathers. They couldn't play through the first game without ninja flipping. Just time your rolls properly. Maybe do put a few points into ADP to raise your AGI, but mind the bearkpoints. Look them up on a wiki.

Where does this come from ? I have over 500 Hrs on the normal game + Sotfs and never did my ADP got past 10.
Did NG +7, covenant of champions etc.

Nah mate, did a bunch of stuff, though i usually go caestus/bare fists. Also played a lot with the bone fists coz' even though hadoken is shit dmg, it's still cool.
You don't need ADP, just good timing for the rolls and not panicking.
