I hope they do tap out in the future, and go 3rd party. I'd be more inclined to play Splatoon on a console with actual good netcode like the PS4 or on PC. And Smash would be a lot less frustrating too. Plus, they would hopefully stop milking Yarnshit Yoshi and Kirby, and focus more of their development funds on making few great games a year, than trying to fill in the monthly gaps with mediocre trash. Also, Metroid and F-Zero and such would perform a lot better with PC/Sony audiences than with the manchildren who think every new Zelda or Mario is the second coming of Christ.
