Too much. I can't not notice voice actors. It sucks because there are like a dozen that to EVERY fucking game in English. In Japanese I recognise a fair few. My favourite is Kobayashi Yuu, she throws herself completely into roles and I bet she's insane in bed. She voices the tutorial chick in the Monster Hunter World footage.

Only for voices I really, really like.
Mamoru Miyano and the rest of the Steins;Gate cast did really well. Especially with each character's voice ticks taken into account.
HOUOUIN KYOUMA really takes the cake though.

Special mention for Tara Platt and Wendee Lee too. Mostly for personal taste, rather than raw talent.

My favorites are Nobuyuki Hiyama, SuzuKen, Kamiyan, Midorikawa,Tomokazu Seki, Ootsuka Hochu and Kazuki Yao. Mamoru Miyano and Sugita are cool to I guess, but kinda memey.

It's usually better without VAs, so I mute them if possible. If not possible, I switch to a foreign language, it's harder to tell how shit they're that way.

They definitely have an issue and an obsession with character archetypes, but you'd be stupid to think that they all sound the same.
Obviously "helium huffing hamsters" are way too common, but that doesn't mean there's not some good quality VA's out there in the middle of it all.
Same thing applies to western voice actors, and how bad they apparently all are.
