At first, I thought Kojima had the respect of his colleagues, then the more you think about it, he doesn't speak English. He has a Japanese translator with him that only barely understands English. That kind of killed the illusion for me.

I felt bad after Kiefer Sutherland was seen as toxic by gamers, and that the story itself was just a mess. I'm still not sure what to believe about David Hayter not getting the role.
