I'm tired of it. People can have different opinions on what is good and what isn't but the fact is most Souls fans have Dark Souls 2 at the bottom of their lists. People can think Bloodborne is the best, that Demon's Souls is the best, that Dark Souls 1 is the best, hell they can even think Dark Souls 3 is the best if they want, but thinking that Dark Souls 2 is the best Souls game is just not something that happens. Dark Souls 3 is better than Dark Souls 1.

Dark Souls 3 has some disappointing elements, but as a whole it is a very solid game.
Dark Souls 1, while having great design in the first half of the game, is completely unfinished. The second half of the game in it's entirety was rushed.
