The most fun part of Skyrim is literally trying to avoid using archery. It absolutely breaks the game and is probably the least enjoyable way of playing the game. Instead of doing cool shit like freezing time with a Shout and planting Destruction runes at people's feet, you're just clicking on retards as they funnel towards you.

I played master mode as a Breton and specialized in all magic classes besides alteration, and also focused on one handed and light armor. I cared a bit for sneak/archery in the later game. I recommend this to anyone unsure

sneaky shield and dagger whatever. with 100 in stealth and shadow warrior you can shield bash, crouch and do a stealth execute on them

Breton Warrior: clothing only (except gauntlets and boots), 1 handed (Dawnbreaker) and shield (Spellbreaker). Get a mod to add Fortify speed and enchant as many piece of clothing with increased movement speed. Run around as a speed beast.

I recently played through as a two handed Orc warrior. Very fun. I joined the Legion and traveled Skyrim, slowly leveling up smithing until I could forge my own set of orcish armor. I claimed Voldenrung and became Champion of Malacath, and after slaying Alduin and ending the civil war I joined the college in my lust for power.

No one cares about Skyrim.

The most fun in these games is always magic with thief. Sooner or later you pick up heavy weapons anyways, and they make earlygame easy, so you might as well try the other options instead.
Just don't use Archery. It's boring as shit unless you're playing thrown weapons in Morrowind.

Now use daggers only and become a proper thief/assassin.

Never level your health or wear anything that isn't leather.

Never engage in combat, always be stealthy, if caught, you will have many illusion and alteration spells to use to get away.

You should never get caught anyway, because you also have many alteration and illusion spells to soft them up before you strike.

Enchanting allows you to enchant your shitty leather armor so you can carry more and be more stealthy and do more damage with your dagger.

This gets you the most out of this shitty Minecraft tier combat Skyrim has.

Every encounter will be a challenge and will require some planning. Even shitty bandit bases will be fun.

Nordic Ghouls and Dwarven Ruins will still bore the shit out of you anyway but there's not much you can do.
