Honestly though, fuck trying to play ranked mode. I just had a ranked game that I won, but almost every decent player in the game was a BR with 200 to 300 ping. The fact that they can run around as a 3 speed operator and get a huge advantage over other players is just some serious bullshit that I can't tolerate in a competitive game. Had one drop shot me with an Ash despite me dumping bullets into his head and chest, then another moment were because of either peeker's advantage or some awkward perspective with the cameras an enemy saw me popping in and out of cover and 1 tapped me in the head within the fraction of a second he exposed himself.

After like 400 hours, I wouldn't recommend taking the game too seriously. It's a shame too, because the core mechanics of the game are great.
