My gods I loved this game, used to play it constantly. Sometimes I would just make heroes and try to win with them. I remember Boromir, Theoden and Eowyn would die on me every time. But Faramir would live for some reason.

Archers were overpowered in this game, archer heroes even more so.

iirc, bfme 2 was even worse, the elven faction was op as shit, and the elven custom hero was literally unstoppable with the right build
