Globalism means that you can freely practice trade throughout the globe. It generally allows more efficient creation and distribution of resources, increasing the quality of life.

There are issues (non-monetary costs are difficult to evaluate, such as increased carbon emissions when retards pointlessly ship stuff back and forth between many countries to minmax their monetary costs), but nothing ever has been perfect. It doesn't mean that we should go full-anarchist, but calling globalism nonsense is pure uneducated garbage.

Socialism isn't "lol everyone's equal."
There is almost always an element of welfare -- ie. every person should be provided the basic necessities to life, but beyond that, rarely is there "equality of outcome."

What the emphasis is on is you, as a laborer, actually retain the value you produce.

Under capitalism, the value you produce isn't owned by you, it's owned by the private owners of a company. In return for producing that value, they give you a portion of that value, use a part of it to pay their debts, and retain the rest of the value you produced for themselves.

In socialism, *you* are a predominant owner of the value you produce, a common model being workers collectively owning the factory they work in (ie. an employee owned enterprise). A CEO in market socialism would probably still get paid more than the typical worker because he is producing hella value for the company through wise decision making. Of course, the workers will probably vote for a CEO that gets paid significantly more if that CEO is able to manage the company in a way that means all workers get a 50 cent raise.

It's not about equality, it's about not creating a super wealthy class of politicians and elite rich that have undue influence over society for no reason other than they were already rich enough to buy rights to the value you produce.
