What's a good spooky game to play on PC? I don't have

Considering your specs, I would suggest RPG Maker games like Ibi, Witch House, Corpse Party, Yume Nikki (don't get turned off by RPG maker, these are legit great games). While you're at it, try Holdover. Might not be spooky, but it's very intense.
