Is there any way to be friends with the Legion while also being on relatively good terms with the NCR? I mean outside of the quests that require you to fuck with the NCR directly.

I pretty much never do anything with them since the NCR just has so much more content whereas the legion barely has any. Only sided with them once and that was when I was doing all the achievements.
