What is it with this game and 3 having the min protagonist holding people at gun point and actually shooting/wounding people with a TRANQ gun. Always bothered the fuck out of me but I never see anyone talk about it. 99% sure when raiden shot at Fortune to hit vamp in the skull, it went right into his head(which you can never do in game with the tranq pistol).

I haven't played through MGS3 in a while, and same with 2, but again I am extremely certain that Raiden shot vamp with the M9 tranq, and same with snake using the MK22 in cutscenes(not killing, but shooting it as if it was firing real non-tranq bullets).
