To this day I still don't fucking understand why Sega didn't localize that game, it was released almost at the same time as Tales of Zestiria, played slightly similar to it but was received way better in japan and the sales numbers of the previous Tales in the west could've given them the idea to try to bring it to the west to bring in part of the western Tales of playerbase after they realize that Zestiria was shit.

But well, I sometimes really don't understand Sega's business decisions, it's the same with Sonic Generations, if they released DLCs for it they would've made mad money from the nostalgiafags and yet they didn't do anything except a pre-order one.
