I know it's a meme, but anyone who's actually played the Witcher and/or read the books knows that the franchise has almost nothing in common with Game of Thrones save for a few surface level details. The setting is much more high magic, the tone and presentation is completely different, and the stories are much more character driven as opposed to GOT's epic, world sprawling narratives told from dozens of view points.

The Witcher has more in common with Grimms' Fairy Tales.

You could maybe argue that with Witcher 2, but both the original and Wild Hunt are far more fantastical than anything found in Game of Thrones. Especially early Game of Thrones. Magic, monsters, ghosts, demons, etc. are all at the forefront of everything that happens, where as in GoT it's all underplayed, grounded, and more of a background flavor.

Other than them both being "dark" fantasy, they really don't have much in common.

The Witcher is a high fantasy setting transitioning into a low fantasy setting.

Game of Thrones is a low fantasy setting (admittedly one that used to be high fantasy) transitioning slowly into a high fantasy setting.

"Surface" elements like all major events that shaped and are currently shaping each world's continent . All you've done is burped out generalities that could be found on the first paragraph of each title's wiki page.
Thrones with it's multiple active deities; resurrecting shadow demon vision giving fire god, assassin's guild who transform all their physical properties with magic from their death god, all the wacky shit going on in Asshai, a throne room full of dragon skeletons from a mysterious island nation.
Let's not forgot the magic heralding meteor that resurrected the dragons. The warging people in the northern regions controlling beasts and men. The ancient civilization of cold monsters, created by magic wood elf types, warping the dead to do their bidding.
Sounds pretty fucking high fantasy to me.
