What if Pokemon GO was tailored to each country? There would be Pokemon only available in one area. Like you would need to travel to some famous national park to catch a rare bug pokemon or there could be legendary pokemons at remote locations like the easter island and the 8 gyms would be in the 8 biggest cities and maybe some smaller cities would get some exclusive content that would turn them into locations for Pokemon tourists. Also maybe have country-exclusive content that you could only get if you personally meet someone from a different country.

A friend I haven't talked to in around 10 years randomly messaged me on Facebook asking me to drive out to a park to help him with a Tyranitar raid. It wasn't even just him though: there's apparently dedicated Pokemon Go groups that organize raid groups. They even had people there helping divide people into groups of Mystic, Instinct, and Valor so everyone could get more rewards.
