Yes, you leave that particular dungeon and go out into the city streets. There is also a forest area, and a sort of sewer, plus a lot of churches and catacombs. Don't expect a wide open area though, since iirc there aren't any. It's all a big set of corridors typical of games before the open-world meme took hold.
